About
An advisory firm founded by an EHS practitioner
BETTERISE brings together thirty years of international EHS leadership and a network of senior experts to help leaders see, steer and control their critical risks.

Founder
Christophe Dehondt
M.Sc.Eng. · FOSHA · ESSEC MBA
An engineer by training, Christophe Dehondt has led EHS for nearly thirty years in high-hazard industries: radiopharmaceuticals and greenfield projects at Novartis (AAA), consumer health at Kenvue (ex-J&J), building materials at LafargeHolcim, then consulting at SILLING.
He founded BETTERISE on one conviction: a leader must be able to answer “how do you know?” about critical risks — with facts, not intentions.
Certified NEBOSH, NEBOSH Process Safety Management, Radiation Safety and HPO, he works in French and English across Europe, Africa, Asia and the Americas.
