Turnkey offer #1

Turnkey crisis management team

We build a crisis team that fits your organisation, and make it operational: everyone knows their role, their tools and their first actions.

  • Organisation: roles (crisis director, operations, communication, HR, legal), deputies, on-call rota
  • Tools: crisis room, log, crisis directory, reflex cards per scenario
  • Training: member training, tabletop exercise, then timed simulation with debrief
  • Deliverables: crisis management plan, crisis kit, exercise report and improvement plan

Turnkey offer #2

Turnkey investigation team

After a serious accident or a high-potential near miss, a rigorous, independent investigation protects the company and makes real learning possible. We lead it, or we coach your team.

  • First hours: evidence preservation, witness statements, timeline
  • Analysis: technical, human and organisational causes, failed barriers (root-cause methods, HOP approach)
  • Team set-up: lead investigator, technical experts (process, chemicals, radiation, mechanical) depending on the event
  • Deliverables: investigation report, ranked corrective actions, material for discussions with inspectors and insurers
  • Training: upskilling your in-house investigators

FAQ

Your questions

Do you step in during an ongoing crisis?

Yes, to reinforce your crisis team or to launch the investigation. Select “crisis” in the contact form or call directly: we reply the same day.

How long does it take to make a crisis team operational?

It depends on your starting point and the number of sites. A first full cycle (organisation, tools, training, exercise) usually fits in a few weeks; we confirm after a first discussion.

Does the investigation replace the authorities’ inquiry?

No. It is carried out for the company, to understand and act. It respects official inquiries and individuals’ rights; legal counsel is recommended in parallel.

Can you train our own investigators?

Yes: training in root-cause methods and the HOP approach, then coaching on real cases.

Is your crisis team ready for tomorrow morning?

A 30-minute call is enough to review your preparedness and priorities.
